HOW WE WORK
How We Work: Controlled Signage Project Delivery
Signage projects depend on more than fabrication. They require clear inputs, coordinated approvals, controlled production, disciplined installation and documented handover.
Anamel manages the delivery chain from project brief and site verification through design development, shop drawings, manufacturing, installation and close-out. Each stage is structured to keep the signage package aligned with project requirements, site conditions and the approval process.
This approach gives developers, consultants, contractors and operators clearer visibility over what is required, what is being produced and what must be completed before the next stage proceeds.

PROJECT INPUTS
What We Need Before Delivery Starts
Good execution starts with controlled information. Before progressing a signage package, the project basis must be clear enough for design, coordination and approval activities to move forward without unnecessary assumptions.
The exact requirements vary by project stage and scope, but the starting information normally establishes what is being delivered, where it is required, which standards apply and how approvals will be managed.
Where information is incomplete, the gaps should be identified early rather than carried into fabrication or site installation.
Project Scope and Areas
Confirmation of the required buildings, zones, floors, packages or specific signage scope.
Available Drawings and Site Information
Relevant architectural information, site conditions and survey inputs needed to coordinate signage locations and installation requirements.
Sign or Message Schedule
The latest available sign schedule, message schedule or confirmed project brief where applicable.
Standards and Project Requirements
Applicable brand standards, project specifications, material requirements and other relevant design criteria.
Programme and Approval Route
Required milestones, project interfaces and the route through which designs, submittals and production information are reviewed and released.
DELIVERY METHODOLOGY
From Project Brief to Final Handover
The workflow is structured around clear stages, documented outputs and release points rather than disconnected design, manufacturing and installation activities.
01
Brief, Site Survey and Review
The project brief, available drawings, signage requirements and site conditions are reviewed. Where required, site verification supports location, access and installation planning.
Stage output: a clearer project basis, identified information gaps and verified inputs for the next stage.
02
Design Development and Coordination
Signage is developed against the project brief, applicable standards, architectural conditions and functional requirements. Design iterations are coordinated before production information is finalized.
Stage output: coordinated design information ready to progress into technical submittals and shop drawings.
03
Approvals and Shop Drawings
Shop drawings, material information and other required technical documentation are prepared and coordinated through the project approval route.
Comments and revisions are incorporated before the relevant signs or packages are released for manufacturing.
Release point: fabrication proceeds against the required project approval status and production documentation.
04
Fabrication and Stage Inspection
Production moves through fabrication, finishing, assembly and applicable testing with quality checks at relevant stages. Materials and documentation can be traced through the production process, with critical stages recorded where required.
Packaging and release are planned around project requirements and installation readiness rather than treating production as an isolated factory activity.
Stage output: inspected signage prepared for controlled delivery and site installation.
05
Installation, Handover and Close-Out
Installation is sequenced around site readiness, access requirements and coordination with other project activities. Site controls can include method statements, access and lifting planning, PPE requirements and installation checkpoints.
Snagging and rectification are closed out before handover. O&M documentation and as-built records are provided where required by the project.
Final output: installed signage, closed observations and documented handover.
PROJECT CONTROLS
Quality, Traceability and Site Discipline
Delivery control continues through manufacturing and installation. The objective is to identify issues before they become site problems and maintain clearer records through the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance
Anamel works with ISO-aligned procedures supported by inspection and test planning, stage inspections and documented corrective-action workflows.
Non-conformances can be identified, recorded and corrected before the affected work progresses.
Traceability
Material and project documentation can be followed through critical production stages, with photo records used where appropriate from receipt through fabrication and final assembly.
Production and QC workflows support clearer control of what has been made, checked and released.
Site and HSE Controls
Installation planning can include site induction, toolbox talks, RAMS or method statements, PPE requirements, lifting and access planning, incident reporting and waste-management controls.
Installation sequencing is coordinated to reduce unnecessary rework and interface conflicts on site.
