Project-Grade Signage Delivery
External Signage Systems for Saudi Projects
Anamel delivers external signage packages for commercial, hospitality, healthcare and mixed-use projects across Saudi Arabia, covering design coordination, manufacturing, supply, installation and handover through one accountable delivery chain.
From façade identification and illuminated building signs to pylons, monument signs, parking signage and vehicular wayfinding, our focus is on buildable systems that are coordinated with the project, manufactured for the intended environment and installed under controlled site conditions.
External Signage Scope
Exterior sign systems coordinated as one project package
External signage is more than the fabrication of individual signs. It must work with architecture, vehicle movement, visibility, finishes, electrical interfaces, installation access and the final operating environment.
Façade & Building Identification
Building-name signage, channel letters, illuminated identity elements and façade-mounted signs developed around the architectural condition, viewing distance, finish requirements and installation interface.
Pylon & Monument Signage
Freestanding identification and directional signage for project entrances, arrival zones, site circulation and destination guidance, coordinated with sign locations, orientation and surrounding site conditions.
Parking & Vehicular Wayfinding
External directional systems supporting vehicle movement, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading zones and key destinations through a consistent sign hierarchy and Arabic / English messaging where required.
Illuminated & LED Integration
Illuminated signage and LED-integrated sign elements where specified, with fabrication, assembly, testing and installation coordinated around the approved project requirement.
Project Delivery
External signage has to work on the building, not just on a drawing
Site conditions can change the way an exterior sign is fabricated, fixed, powered, accessed and ultimately approved.
Anamel approaches exterior signage as a coordinated construction package. Site inputs, sign locations, dimensions, materials, finishes, mounting conditions and relevant electrical requirements are reviewed before fabrication is released.
This reduces the risk of manufacturing signs against incomplete information, discovering access conflicts during installation or producing finishes that do not align with the approved architectural intent.
Where the project already has an approved design and sign schedule, Anamel can take the package through technical development, manufacturing, supply and installation. Where earlier support is required, our signage consultancy and design and engineering services can support the package before production.
Manufacturing Control
Fabricated under one controlled production environment
Anamel operates a 5,000 m² manufacturing facility supporting project signage production, finishing, assembly, testing, packaging and release.
In-house capability includes CNC routing, fibre and CO₂ laser cutting, channel-letter bending, press-brake work, welding, UV printing, large-format printing, powder coating, spray painting and LED testing.
Bringing these activities under controlled production helps maintain closer oversight of dimensions, finishes, assembly, quality checks, packaging and installation readiness.
Common project materials
Project materials may include stainless steel, aluminium, brass, acrylic and glass depending on the approved design, technical requirement and intended application.
Fabrication before installation
Production is coordinated around approved drawings, specifications, sign schedules and site information before completed items are packaged and released for site.
Delivery Process
Controlled from project inputs to handover
Production starts after the necessary technical inputs are coordinated and the relevant approvals are in place.
Brief & Site Inputs
Scope, sign schedule, site survey information, locations and project requirements.
Technical Development
Design coordination, dimensions, materials, finishes and buildable details.
Approvals & Release
Shop drawings and project documentation aligned before fabrication release.
Fabrication & Inspection
Controlled production with stage inspections, finishing and quality checks.
Installation & Handover
Sequenced installation, final checks and close-out documentation.
Quality & Site Controls
Inspection and traceability before the sign reaches site
Exterior signage is exposed to both public view and real site conditions. Finish quality, fabrication accuracy and installation readiness therefore need to be checked before release.
Stage Inspections
Fabrication and finishing checkpoints are used during production rather than relying only on a final inspection.
Material & Document Traceability
Project documentation and critical-stage records support controlled review from material receipt through assembly.
ISO-Aligned Procedures
ISO-aligned procedures support inspection, traceability, non-conformance handling and corrective-action workflows.
Installation Controls
Method statements, PPE, access planning, lifting requirements and site coordination are addressed according to the installation requirement.
For dedicated site execution capability, see our signage installation services .
Project Environments
Built for coordinated commercial project environments
Anamel's project experience is hospitality-led, with wider capability across healthcare, education, commercial and mixed-use environments. External signage packages can form part of a broader wayfinding and identification system or be delivered as a defined fabrication and installation scope.
For projects requiring a complete directional system, external vehicular signage should be coordinated with the internal visitor journey rather than treated as an isolated package.
